Billing Services

1.25%

Percentage of revenue paid on remittances. Corrections and reconciliation included at the same rate. FM+ currently only available through a few Electronic Medical Records in Manitoba. Applicability will apply. Please make sure your current EMR is eligible.

Immunization Administration

$5 per vaccine administered

Any vaccine administered by our certified immunization personnel will be a simple charge of $5 for the practitioner. This includes seasonal flu, covid or routine immunizations for infants, school age children, seniors, travel related patients, etc. regardless of charge to the patient where applicable.

Advanced Services- Medical Office Training - 1 on 1 . The best option for a long term effective relationship with your new assistant. This will enhance your medical practice while ensuring no take away time from existing staff. It is a win win for patients, doctors, and staff.

$30 per hour ( average needed time : 16-40 hours depending on experience )

Our proudly, over experienced, very well seasoned medical office assistants will work one on one with your new hire. They will make the on-boarding and transitional experience seamless for any office regardless of pace. Our expert MOA will ensure ample training and will be available for any additional training as needed ( PRN ) Phone calls will be offered at a no charge fee, anytime, anyday. Our staff is always happy to assist.
